An interesting statue outside the restaurant. The first part of the engraving says simply, "Memories of old times." The last part gives the sculptor's name, "by Jutta Reiss 2001" But the middle part is a total mystery to me, "Dat Schnuggelelsje" If you know what a Schnuggelelsje is, please let me know!
